  Wasn't pleased by receptionist answering phone, First interaction wasn't pleasant and she continued thru the phone call with an attitude as if she hated her job. I work with the public first hand and you have to put your problems to the side and do your job. Suck it up butter cup because your cause your employer to lose patients!
