  Filthy! Non smoking room that smelled of smoke, cigarette butts piled in corner of balcony. Disgusting sticky floors and dirty bathroom, mucus on shower wall- filth on bathroom walls- hair in ice bucket! Stained drapes with cigarette burns. I asked for a different room and was denied! They instead sent up housekeeping to swiffer re-mop the floors which made no difference at all Breakfast? I don't think so. No hot water for oatmeal... Worst room I've ever experienced, I'm still gagging over it 2 days later.

  The first room that was given to me was a room with 2 beds when I had paid for a room with 1 bed. The employees responded with a swift we don't give any money back and switched my room and didn't refund me the difference for the room price. The second room I got had mustard or some yellow stains on the linens and there was pet food and ashes along the floor. Not only is this a NO SMOKING establishment the room smelled like cigarettes had been smoked right before check out and was unpleasantly strong. I returned to the employees to switch rooms a third time and it was not the best option for the area.
